Focus on Jesus

Why do we need this study?

T4J Home

“Who is Jesus?” The most common and one correct answer is that he is our savior. As we (should) know, he is so much more! T4J Ministries has designed a seminar based on four Christological passages in the New Testament. Please click the "Seminar Details" for a fuller explanation of the Vision, Mission, and Goals of the Seminar.

The Hebrews’ writer encourages us to consider Jesus, the author and finisher of our salvation. Simply put, God has declared that Jesus is to have the priority (Colossians 1:18). Yet, his name is seldom heard outside of the invitation, and then, the declaration often limits him to savior with no mention of his place as King of the Beloved Kingdom. T4J Ministries is committed to helping Churches focus on Jesus, learning what is essential to the Christian faith.

Objectives of the Lesson Series

  1. Increase the readers’ knowledge about the person and nature of Jesus

  2. Give Christians the knowledge to defend their belief in Jesus as Lord and Savior

  3. Teach Christians an easy way to remember the gospel as a story

  4. Encourage Christians to have the courage to share the Gospel freely

T4J Ministries is praying for opportunities to present Jesus in such a way as to deepen our understanding and relationship with him. This will bring us “to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ”. As a result, we will “no longer to be children, tossed here and there by waves and carried about by every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, by craftiness in deceitful scheming.” (NASB95, Ephesians 4:13b-14).
