At "Compass Leadership" my personal Vision is to be a "Revered Servant Leadership speaker, trainer, mentor and coach who makes a difference in the lives of others." My personal Mission is providing inspirational leadership guidance and instruction, which will "Develop Great Leaders Who Develop Great Leaders."

I have over 20 years of enthusiastic and interactive public speaking experience on individual and organizational leadership at the national, state and local level. Each time receiving high accolades and praise.

My personal focus is creating a Circle of Success for individual and organizations, teaching them six essentials for long-term growth, success and legacy. I am a  Servant Leadership practitioner, the preferred leadership philosophy of hundreds of businesses, educational institutions and other organizations worldwide. I help individual leaders, team leaders, counselors and mentors improve their skills and practices through my inspirational speaking and coaching skills.

I am a retired Navy Officer with over 50 years of U. S. Navy and secondary education leadership and teaching experience motivating others to a higher level of excellence and success. I have extensive experience at mid- and upper-level management and leadership positions.

In addition to my John Maxwell Team Certification, I hold a Master of Arts Degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University, a Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Science from Lynn University and two lesser degrees in Accounting and Business Management. I also have Masters' Certifications in Human Resource Management and Project Management.
